Choose the category below so the request can be handled without collecting unnecessary code or payment data.

Do not paste source code, repository diffs, passwords, API keys, card numbers, or active credentials.

Account and privacy

Use the form for sign-in, account access, export, or deletion help. If you can sign in, submit from the email on your account.

Billing

Manage cancellation and payment methods through the in-app Stripe Billing Portal. For a charge issue, include the charge date and receipt identifier, never card details.

Project connections

Revoke a connection from Projects immediately if a pairing credential may be exposed. Include the connection name and approximate time; do not attach repository source, diffs, secrets, or command output.

Security

Choose Security for suspected credential exposure or unauthorized access. Do not include active credentials or exploitable secret values.

Response target

ManualMode is currently founder-operated. Account, billing, privacy, and security requests are triaged within two business days.
